We offer services for diet and exercise plans, after listening to your medical, occupational history, and obtaining sufficient data on your present diet and measurements.


Your exercise and diet plans will then be made available either directly, or via Whatsapp/ Email/ other method of your choice. All you have to do is give us the above data, with a preference of the environment you need to workout in (such as a gym, pool, outdoors, sports such as basketball, football, tennis, badminton etc.)

  • Are online guidance methods available via video?
    Yes, at 2000 INR extra per month.
  • Are direct guidance methods (not online) on correcting and showing right ways to exercise available?
    Yes this is available free of charge, once a week.
  • Is a fitness clearance necessary?
    If you have hypertension or heart problems, it is better to get fitness clearance before proceeding with our plans.
  • How much weight can one expect to lose in the 1st month of starting our plan?
    If you follow our exact guidance, you will definitely lose a minimum of 2kg of fat loss ) a maximum of 5kg fat loss in the first month. (lose a minimum of 2 kg in first month, or get your money back - if you're on a monthly plan)
  • What is the best plan you recommend?
    The best and healthiest way to lose weight is combining a variety of cardio with resistance training, and a healthy balanced diet.
  • What's our take on low carb/paleo/keto diets?
    Every person is different and we will determine which diet is useful for you to achieve weight loss in a healthy manner. Remember, speed isn't important - staying healthy is!
